I have known Jon for years and can say without reservation that he is the most talented, inspirational, and creative thought-leader in the educational technology business. Among his many strengths that really set him apart is his uncommon ability to be both skillfully resourceful in situations where resources are scarce as well as highly adaptable and collaborative in situations that require consensus among cross-functional teams. 

As a former employee I can also say that Jon is also a highly perceptive, supportive and edifying manager. I personally have learned a tremendous amount from Jon-- both through the benefit of direct instruction as well as from observing his leadership style. I had the opportunity to work with Jon while he served as VP of Technology for Teacher Education and Development at Pearson Education.
